The sporting rights are reserved to the landlord over the subject land area. The details of the sporting tenant will be provided to the incoming tenant.

It is understood the land is registered on the Rural Land Registry and the outgoing tenants have historically claimed the Basic Payment Scheme (BPS) from the land. There are no BPS Entitlements available as part of this letting.

The tenant is responsible for the repair and maintenance of existing boundary hedges/ fences, field drains ditches and associated works.

The land is offered to rent by informal tender, as a
whole.
