Acland Bracewell have recently secured Outline Planning Permission for the demolition of an existing dwellinghouses and erection of up to two new dwellinghouses at a Green Belt site in South Ribble.

Acland Bracewell provided strategic planning advice to the client, undertaking Pre-application Engagement with the Local Planning Authority, before preparing the outline planning submission. The client utilised our in-house planning and architecture services and we worked with third party consultants to complete the submission.
