The site is allocated as Green Belt within the South Ribble Local Plan, in a characteristically rural area.

Acland Bracewell’s instructions were to provide strategic planning advice, architectural design service, full project management of the planning application and outline planning application process. We prepared a submission to the Local Planning Authority for the demolition of an existing dwelling and the erection of up to two new dwellings.

Working with the architect, appointed technical team and engaging with the Local Planning Authority both at the pre-application stage and during the application process, Acland Bracewell has successfully obtained outline planning permission for the development in the Green Belt on behalf of the client.
