Acland Bracewell prepared a comprehensive planning strategy and worked with the client, technical consultants and contractors in preparing a full planning submission to Oldham Council, the Local Planning Authority.
Working closely with the technical team, Acland Bracewell was able to address key planning considerations, including site context, design and access, highways, drainage, flood risk, ecology, and sustainability within the full planning submission, and we continued to work closely with the Local Planning Authority following validation.
As the application sought to create over 1,390sqm additional floorspace, the application was considered by Oldham’s Planning Committee, receiving unanimous approval.
Following approval of the full planning application, Acland Bracewell were instructed to discharge the planning conditions.
