Acland Bracewell’s instructions were to obtain Prior Approval for an agricultural storage building, utilising the Applicant’s Permitted Development Rights.
The building replaced a series of older agricultural buildings, which were no longer fit for purpose. At 10m in height, the building provides sufficient space for access by the Applicant’s machinery for off-loading.
We prepared the Application, including drawings, in-house and managed the process throughout. Working with the Local Planning Authority, we secured the required approval for our client.
