We are delighted to have obtained full planning permission on behalf of Nutrel Products Ltd for the erection of a replacement industrial building (Use Class B2/B8) within a rural location in West Lindsey, Lincolnshire.

The building will create 1,929m² of floorspace and the proposal included the demolition of an existing storage building, which was no longer fit for purpose, and the implementation of a sustainable drainage system. Our client required the building for the manufacture and storage of organic fertiliser product.

Acland Bracewell’s instructions were to provide a turnkey service in conjunction with Wareing Buildings, a leading steel building manufacturer and supplier. Our scope of work included the provision of strategic advice, architectural and planning services and full project management from conception to consent. A number of technical documents were prepared in-house, including a Flood Risk Assessment, Sustainable Drainage Strategy and Landscaping Plan. Acland Bracewell also oversaw the management of external technical consultants.

Full Planning Permission was secured with no pre-commencement conditions. Following the approval, Acland Bracewell were instructed to discharge the conditions.
