Trevor’s Foodservice was established in 1963 for the storage and distribution of  both the dry and frozen food sector. It is a family run business with three generations now presently working within the business.  The business has built up an extensive portfolio of suppliers both locally and Regionally from all sectors of industry including; schools such as Blackpool County Council schools, Sefton schools and Holton schools, hospitals, hotels, nursing homes and fast food catering.

Trevor’s foodservice offers an extensive range of food and non-food products including nationally

branded products such as County Range. The business also provides meal plan solutions and menu

development services.

The Applicant receives anywhere between 15 and 30 deliveries per day and thus required a undercover canopy for the unloading and loading of products. Accordingly the proposed development was for the replacement of the existing smaller canopy to provide a portal frame canopy over the access to allow for HGV vehicles to be fully undercover when loading and unloading.

Acland Bracewell Surveyors Ltd prepared and submitted a Full Planning Application to Blackpool Council, liaising closely with the planning Case Officer and other Statutory Consultees and achieved the granting of planning permission on 16th March 2015.
