At Acland Bracewell, we continue to provide all our professional services during the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.

This notice is to inform you of the steps we have taken, to ensure that business continuity and our personal approach with our clients, that we pride ourselves in, is maintained during these challenging times.

We are following the guidance provided by both the UK Government and the NHS. We have already put in place measures in accordance with guidance to maintain a healthy environment for all our clients, administration staff and surveyors. We will continue to adapt and adjust our procedures as guidance changes. 

Most importantly, you are able to contact us using the same ways as you always have. In line with guidance, we have maintained key members of staff at our office to ensure that we can respond to any matters that requires a physical presence at the Barrons. 

Our surveyors and administration staff are working remotely with secure access to information and they can be contacted using our normal telephone number and their own email addresses. If you would like to arrange a meeting with our surveyors, we can offer various platforms, including telephone conferences or video conferencing, using methods such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams. 

Alternatively, if you would like for us to attend your property, we can arrange this by making prior arrangements, in accordance with guidance.

If you need to return a document or paperwork to our office, at this time and if possible, please do try to provide this electronically, or if you are hand delivering please do contact our office in advance. All payments can be made by contacting our office telephone number, or through your bank.
