
We are pleased to confirm that Acland Bracewell have recently secured full planning permission from Lancashire County Council for the erection of a portal framed storage building (Use Class B8) on behalf of our client, R Draper Ltd.
The application sought permission to erect a 1,114m2 building for the storage of recycled soils at the applicant’s waste transfer site.
Acland Bracewell were instructed to oversee the project, including the provision of architectural and planning services, preparation of a drainage strategy and management of the application.
The Application received no objections from the public or statutory consultees but was called-in by a local councillor for determination at Planning Committee. Acland Bracewell attended on behalf of our client and presented to the Committee. The Committee voted unanimously to approve the application.
The application was approved without any conditions to be discharged.
